DO YOU ALSO PROVIDE CUSTOMISED AND MADE-TO-ORDER CAKES?

Yes, we provide a wide range of customised cakes and fondant cakes which are available in all flavours. You must place your order at least 36 hours (2 days) in advance. The price of the cake may vary depending on the size, art work, flavour, etc.

CAN I ASK FOR A REFUND IF I DO NOT LIKE THE CAKE/ THE CAKE IS DELIVERED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION?

No, unfortunately, according to the company policy, we cannot refund the customer’s money. However our stores would be more than happy to replace the damaged cake with a fresh new piece

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE EXCHANGE POLICY?

According to the company policy, it is mandatory for the customer to return the entire cake piece as is. We will not be accepting half-used pieces for the exchange policy. The cake will be returned to our factory, where our quality control team will carry out a detailed inspection after which we will deliver a fresh new cake to the customer.

ARE ALL FOOD PRODUCTS 100% VEGETARIAN?

Yes,  food products are 100% vegetarian and eggless.
